摘要
以GTPH 90-8.5/9.5-W型固定式破碎机的整体结构为研究对象,对其模态特性进行了研究。利用solidworks建立机体的三维实体模型,导入到Hypermesh中,通过合理的简化,建立了有限元模型,采用大型有限元分析软件Nastran进行了模态分析和频响分析,计算出了固定式破碎机的前十阶固有频率和振型,对破碎机在0-80 Hz的激振频率下进行了频响分析,分析结果为结构的进一步优化、改进提供可靠的依据。
Modal characteristics of GTPH90-8.5/ 9.5-W Fixed Type Hydraulic Crusher was researched. Its 3D model has been developed by utilizing Solid Works software and was imported into Hypermesh. the FEM model was constructed after simplifying reasonably. In this paper,the first ten inherent frequencies and modal figures are calculated and an analysis of frequency response of Fixed Type Hydraulic Crusher in a frequency scope from 0Hz to 80 Hz is also made using FEM software Nastran. The analysis result can also be seen as the reliable foundation for improving construction design of Fixed Type Hydraulic Crusher.
