On Safety Issues of Underground Air Compressors Used in Coal Mines

对煤矿井下空气压缩机安全管理现状、相关标准安全性能参数以及空气压缩机的安全要素,尤其是活塞式空气压缩机的安全缺陷进行了分析,提出了引导鼓励使用螺杆式空气压缩机,淘汰活塞式空气压缩机的建议,以避免和减少煤矿井下因空气压缩机发生安全事故。

based on analyses of the current safety management of underground air compressors used in coal mines,safety performance parameters in related standards and safety factors of air compressors,especially safety defects in the piston air compressor,the paper put forward some suggestions that the screw air compressor should be phased in under-ground in the coal mine and the piston air compressor phased out. This will prevent and reduce accidents duo to safety issues of the air compressors in the coal mine.
