随车吊伸缩系统顺序动作的条件研究

摘要 以两级油缸的随车吊伸缩系统为研究对象,通过建立两个油缸的力学平衡方程,得到影响两油缸回程时顺序动作的关键因素,即两个油缸的尺寸参数匹配关系以及系统的工作压力;并用AMEsim软件仿真进行验证,仿真结果与理论分析结果一致。为此类液压系统和油缸的设计提供参考。 Taking two-stage cylinder telescopic system of lorry crane as the research subject,two key factors on effecting returning stroke sequence were obtained by establishing forces equation of the two-stage cylinder,the two factors are size parameters matching relation of the two cylinders and working pressure of the system. Theoretical results were confirmed by AMEsim simulation software. Thus references could be provided accordingly to the similar hydraulic system and cylinder design.
