摘要
曲率半径是凸轮轮廓曲线的重要参数,曲率半径的变化对凸轮机构的运动稳定性有较大的影响。目前凸轮廓线曲率半径的计算方法大多数要求已知凸轮机构的结构参数和凸轮从动件运动规律,而且计算繁杂。详细介绍了曲线拟合中最小二乘法在求解凸轮轮廓曲率半径的使用,通过离散点的几何关系得到拟合曲线,求出曲率半径,然后通过例题结果对比,证明这种方法可行。
The curvature radius is an important parameter of cam profile,and its changes have great effect on kinetic stability of the cam mechanism. At present,calculation method of the curvature radius requests the cam structure parameters and the movement law of cam follower are known,and is complex calculation. In this paper,application of the least square method in solving the curvature radius of cam profile is introduced in detail,and the fitting curve is obtained by geometrical relationship of discrete points,then the curvature radius is got. It is proved that such method is feasible by contrasting the example results.
