摘要 以初步设计的液压纠偏机构为研究对象,建立了基于ANSYS/APDL的参数化有限元模型,对其进行强度分析;建立了液压纠偏机构的结构优化模型,采用零阶优化方法求解得到最优设计参数,在满足结构强度的同时实现了轻量化;以优化结果为依据重新设计了液压纠偏机构并进行制作,目前使用效果良好。 Taking the preliminary designed hydraulic rectifying mechanism as the study object,a parametric finite element model based on ANSYS / APDL is established,and its strength is analyzed. Then the structure optimization model of hydraulic rectifying mechanism is established,the optimal design parameters can be obtained by using the zero order optimization method. The purpose of lightweight is also achieved under the premise of meeting the structure strength. The hydraulic rectifying mechanism is redesigned and manufactured based on the optimized result and works well currently.
