一种镍基合金渐变曲率风口法兰冲压模具设计

摘要 镍基合金渐变曲率风口法兰产品形状特殊、尺寸较大、材料拉深困难。在冲压成型加工过程中,通过物理气相沉积(PVD)技术对模具材料实施表面改性处理,拉伸、翻边成型过程中精确控制压边力,以及成型过程中对半成品进行消除应力的处理,从而实现产品精密成型,确保产品外观、尺寸精度及形位公差的要求。 Product of Ni-based alloy gradient curvature air inlet flange is difficult to deep stretching processing due to its special shape and large size. In stamping forming process,physical vapor deposition( PVD) technique is used in die material surface modification,pressure-pad-force is controlled accurately during process of deep stretching and flanging forming,and stress relief treatment is required on semi-finished product during the forming process. Thus precise forming of product is realized,so the appearance of product,the size precision and the geometric tolerance are guaranteed to meet requirements.
