摘要
主要针对目前多工位零件清洗装置占用场地大、工作效率低、清洗质量有待提高等问题,从装置的整体布局、自动化程度的提高、采用先进的清洗技术等方面入手,提出了一种新型多工位零件清洗装置的设计方案,并依托solidworks软件对设计方案进行虚拟设计,实现了设计方案的无纸化、高效化和实用化。该设计已成功申请国家发明专利,具有一定的工程使用和推广价值。
In order to solve the existing problems in current multi-station part cleaning devices,such as large floor occupation,low working efficiency,and poor cleaning quality,etc,this paper puts forward a new design for multi-station part cleaning device by optimizing the overall layout of the device,improving automation degree,and applying advanced cleaning techniques. As the virtual design is carried out using the solidworks software,the plan is paperless,high efficient,and practical. This design has passed national patent application,thus it is of project application value as well as promotion value.
