摘要
为解决新型农田稻麦秸秆回收问题,设计一种可与手扶拖拉机相匹配的捡拾捆压机系统。在分析新型秸秆捡拾机的结构和工作原理的基础上,对捡拾机减速器进行设计,确定减速器箱体的总体结构与传动比。基于三维造型软件Solid Works,构建直齿锥齿轮传动系统模型,并将其导入仿真软件Adams中,对捡拾机减速器进行运动学仿真,分析了减速器啮合时齿轮间角速度、相互作用力等参数,验证了T型锥齿轮传动系统的合理性。
To solve the recovery problem of rice and wheat straw in new farmland,a kind of pick-up press which can be matched with the tractor is designed. The new structure and working principles of straw pick-up press machine are introduced,and the design of reducer is elaborated,the overall structure and transmission ratio of reducer are determined. Based on the 3D models software Solid Works,the transmission model of straight bevel gears is established,and then imported into simulation software Adams,kinematics simulation of the reducer is performed by using Adams software. Besides,the interaction force between the gears,angular velocity and other parameters are analyzed when they are engaged. The results verify the reasonableness of the T-bevel gear drive system.
