通过对SPS-600型水井钻机变速箱结构分析,从影响变速箱齿轮噪音的因素入手,详细阐述了齿轮、花键轴及箱体加工工艺控制要点,保证了加工精度,降低了变速箱齿轮噪音。
Through analysis of the transmission structure in the SPS-600 water well rig,as well as factors on the transmission gear noise,a detailed description about the process essentials of gear,spline shaft and box is given,the machining precision is ensured,and the gear noise of transmission is reduced.
