摘要 针对开关磁阻起动/发电机中存在的机械磨损问题以及传统磁悬浮开关磁阻电机中存在的强耦合问题,该文研究一种新型的双定子磁悬浮开关磁阻起动/发电机。就其基本机构、起动/发电原理、电磁特性等方面,与混合定子磁悬浮开关磁阻电机进行了比较,验证了其主绕组与悬浮力绕组以及两自由度悬浮力绕组之间具有的自解耦特性,并且推导了系统的数学模型,介绍了悬浮和起动/发电系统的控制方法。该起动/发电机采用内–外双定子结构,由内定子上的悬浮力绕组实现悬浮功能,由外定子上的主绕组实现起动和发电功能,主绕组与悬浮力绕组的导通区间不存在彼此制约,可提高绕组导通区域选择的灵活性,增强控制策略选择和研究的灵活性。 In order to conquer the mechanical wear in switched reluctance starter/generators and the serious coupling in traditional bearingless switched reluctance motors(BSRMs), a novel double-stator bearingless switched reluctance starter/ generator(DSBSRS/G) was proposed in this paper. Firstly, its basic structure, running principles, and electromagnetic force characteristics were compared with those of traditional single-winding BSRMs, double-winding BSRMs, and hybridstator BSRMS. Then finite element method(FEM) results confirmed the self-decoupling merits of the main winding and radial force windings. Finally, a mathematical model was deduced, and a kind of control method was introduced for both suspending and starting/generating subsystems. There exist two stators in this proposed starter/generator. The radial force winding on inner stator takes charge of suspending function, while the main winding on outer stator takes charge of starting and generating function. There exists no restriction between the conducting area of both the main winding and the radial force winding, which can raise the choice and research flexibility of control means.
