摘要 新型混合励磁磁通切换型磁阻电机(hybrid excitation flux switching motor,HEFSM)中电枢绕组、励磁绕组、永磁体三者所产生的磁场相互耦合,建立动态数学模型比较困难。为分析该电机的动态特性,该文提出一种构造三维非线性等效电感的方法,该方法是在将永磁体与励磁绕组的作用效果等效为一个整体励磁激励的基础上,利用傅里叶级数拟合单一电感曲线并利用特定转子位置的磁路确定电感非线性比例系数。最后进行了实验研究,仿真计算和实验结果的对比表明:该文所建立的电感模型能够较好地反映电机的实际特性,为该类电机的动态分析、控制策略研究等提供了参考。 The novel hybrid excitation flux switching motor(HEFSM) contains armature winding, excitation winding and permanent magnet, and each component can create magnetic fields. The interaction of each magnetic field makes it difficult to establish the dynamic mathematical model of the motor. To analyze the dynamic characteristics of the motor, this paper presents a method of constructing three-dimensional equivalent nonlinear inductance. This method includes two important steps. The first one is to obtain basic inductance curves under single phase current excitation by using Fourier series fitting, and the second one is to determine the nonlinear scale factor by using the magnetic circuit of a special position of the rotor. A prototype of the novel HEFSM was designed and manufactured, the experiments were done. It provides that the method is a useful reference for dynamic performance analysis and controlling strategy for HEFSM by comparing inductance model's calculation results with finite element analysis results and experiment results.
