基于白车身检测的传感器网络微控制器设计

摘要 白车身视觉检测站是处于环境恶劣的汽车焊装现场,需要高可靠、快速的通讯控制系统。该系统不仅要具有实时监控和数据处理能力,还要具有良好的开放性,方便工作人员进行修改和调试。根据上述测量要求,构建了基于Modbus-自有协议的视觉检测站控制网络,分析了视觉传感器微控制器的硬件构成,设计了传感器微控制器及其与测量计算机之间的通讯模块,实现了主机对视觉传感器的可靠控制。近两年在白车身测量现场的应用表明,该控制系统能够很好地满足白车身视觉检测站在汽车焊装现场长期、可靠的工作需求。 Since the car-bady visual inspection station works under poor condition of automobile welding, a highly reliable and fast control system was needed. The system not only has the ability of real-time monitoring and data processing, but also has good openness which was convenient to modify and debug for staff. In accordance with the requirements of measuring, a control network of visual inspection station based on Modbus -own protocol was designed, as well as the controller of visual sensor. The hardware of the visual sensor micro controller was analyzed and the visuaJ sensor micro controller and the communication module between the host computer and the controller were designed, which realized the control of host computer to visual sensor effectively. The needs of Car-body Visual Inspection Station for long and reliable working at the environment of welding were met under the last two years application at the scene of car-body measurements.
