摘要 电动汽车以其节能、环保、高效的特点成为21世纪最具潜力的交通工具之一,而制约电动汽车发展的电池以及充电技术的突破有助于电动汽车的迅速发展。设计了一款集成式车载充电机,该充电机同时具有高压充电功能和低压直流转换功能,巧妙的把充电机与DC/DC集成,共用功率电子元器件和控制电路,并用Matlab/Simulink仿真技术对设计进行检验和优化。实验结果表明该产品性能稳定,能有效减少汽车的体积和质量,并节约成本,具有一定的推广应用价值。 Electric vehicles were one of the most promising means of transportation of the 21st century according to its characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency, but as restricting the development of electric vehicle battery and charging technology breakthrough would help the rapid development of electric vehicles. A integrated on-board charger was designed. This charger also had high voltage charging function and low voltage DC conversion function. Through the clever integration with the charger and the DC/DC, power electronic components and control circuit were shared, and the Matlab/Simulink simulation technology was used to test and optimize the design. The experimental results show that the product performance was stable, the volume and weight of the vehicle were reduced effectively, and the cost was saved, and bad a certain promotion and application value.
