小型脉冲功率发生系统的设计

摘要 介绍了一种用于水中生物细胞处理的脉冲功率发生系统。该系统包括脉冲成型电路(BPFN)、火花隙开关、用作生物处理器的负载电极、高压脉冲测量系统。详细介绍了各部分的结构与工作原理,并利用点对面电极形成水中筋状放电,面对面电极形成水介质强电场。并测量两种电极工作时的典型电压与电流波形。 Recently, all the solid-state pulsed power generators were developed for industrial applications. A pulsed power generator system for biology research field was introduced. The system was made up by a high-voltage DC supply, a Blumlein-pulse-forming-network (BPFN), a spark-gap switch; point-to-plane discharge electrode and plane-to-plane electrode were used as treatment chamber, and high pulses measurement part. A pulse transformer was employed to realize the pulses voltage step up. The typical output waveforms were described by using the two type discharge electrode.
