摘要
通过对比非晶带材和冷轧硅钢片的性能,可以得出非晶合金有优异的电磁性能(高磁导率、低损耗),能够显著降低电机的铁耗、提高电机效率,尤其适合于铁耗占主要部分的高频电机。本文通过综述国内外非晶电机的研发状态,总结得出非晶合金电机的优、缺点以及今后重点应用领域,指出今后非晶合金电机的发展方向。
Through comparison of basic performance of amorphous alloy strip and cool-rolled silicon steel sheet by domestic and Hitachi factory,it can be shown that amorphous alloy has excellent electromagnetic performances (high permeability and low loss) as a novel soft magnetic material,which can significantly reduce motor' s iron loss,improve the efficiency,has outstanding effect of energy-saving,and is especially suitable for high frequency motor whose iron loss occupies the main part.In this paper,through reviewing on the research and development process of amorphous alloy motor,the advantages and disadvantages and key applications in the future for amorphous alloy motor are summarized,and the direction of development is pointed out.
