摘要
微小RNAs(miRNAs)在多种心血管疾病的进程中发挥重要的调控作用。通过全身或局部给予miRNAs抑制剂,即开展抗miRNAs(antimiRs)治疗,可以调节miRNA的表达和功能。antimiRs有其化学特性、药动学特性和药效学特性。靶向miR-208、miR-21、miR-15家族、miR-92a和miR-29家族等的antimiRs对心血管疾病有调控作用,有望成为治疗心血管疾病的侯选药。
In recent years,conspicuous roles for microRNAs(miRNAs) have been uncovered in several cardiovascular diseases. Anti-miRNA(anti-miRs) therapy,which means systemic or local delivery of miRNA inhibitors,is a possible way to manipulate the expression and function of miRNAs. Here we introduced the chemical,pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of anti-miRs. Also we presented some recent representative examples of the therapeutic effects of anti-miRs targeting miR-208,miR-21,miR-15 family,miR-92 a and miR-29 family in the cardiovascular system.
