摘要
海水淡化蒸发器装置由数个蒸发器串联组合而成,每个蒸发器呈圆筒状且尺寸较大。蒸发器制造成形后需进行气密性试验,大型筒体的密封面是未经机加工的冷作件,筒体端面封板表面的平面度较差,气密性试验时,导致橡胶垫片的接触不均匀,常遇到泄漏问题。根据蒸发器的工作原理和工件的实际状况,分析了产生泄漏的原因,针对存在的问题,采取了有效的解决方法,完成了海水淡化蒸发器的气密性试验。
Desalination evaporator device consists of several evaporators in series combination, each evaporator is in cylindrical shape of larger size. Gas leakage test is required after manufacture of evaporator. Sealing surface of large cylinder is unmachined cold piece, flatness of the closing plate surface of the cylinder end face is poor, which leads to the problem that the rubber gasket contact is uneven during the air tightness test, resulting in leakage problems. According to the working principle and the actual condition of the work piece of evaporator, the causes of leakage has been analyzed, effective solutions have been taken aiming at the problems and gas leakage test of desalination evaporator has been completed.
