摘要
汽轮机的润滑油系统和盘车装置,是汽轮机重要的辅机系统。某热电联产机组在试运行过程中,发现高压启动油泵的油管路有杂音,盘车也会自行脱开,针对这些问题进行了分析和处理。采取措施后,确保了系统的正常运行。
The lubrication and TG system is a very important auxiliary system in turbine of power plant. Some problems of lubrication and TG system were found during the commissioning process, such as noises in the oil pipes in high pressure start-up oil pump and TG system automatically unhitched, analysis and handling have been carried out on the problems. The normal operation of system is guaranteed.
