摘要
由于各种原因,燃煤输送带在运行中经常有跑偏现象。针对这类问题,分析了各项影响因素,采取了行之有效的调偏措施。调整了承载托辊组及主、被动滚筒位置,改造了落煤口的形状,解决了落煤点不准等问题。通过方案优化,配置新的自动调心托辊组,成为输送带调偏的首选方案,解决了输送带跑偏的问题。
because of various causes, coal conveyor belt will deviate during operation. As to this problem, we analyze all effects and take measures to correct the deviation. We have adjusted carrying idlers and position of active and passive rollers, reconstructed shape of the coal mouth, corrected the position of coal mouth. After the optimization of plans, arrange of the new automatic self-aligning roller group has been the first solution, which solve the problem of deviation.
