摘要
分别以车辆出行成本节约与通行收入增加的总和最大及车辆出行广义费用最小作为上、下层模型的目标函数,构建高速公路路面养护项目选择的双层规划模型,在交通量动态分配的基础上采用搜索算法对模型进行求解,同时考虑养护路段施工难度、交通瓶颈、路段安全水平及路段重要度等因素综合判定最优养护方案。结果表明:定量计算与定性指标分析相结合能得出高速公路路面养护项目的最优选择方案,计算结果可反映路段养护的经济效益。
Bi‐level programming model is established for the optimal pavement maintenance project selection of expressway on the basis that the maximum of the sum of vehicle travel cost saving and toll income increasing and the minimum of vehicle travel generalized cost are made as the objective function of the upper level model and the lower level model respectively.Then the search algorithm based on dynamic traffic assignment is designed to solve the model.And expressway maintenance difficulty ,traffic bottleneck ,safety level and degree of expressway importance are combined to decide the optimal maintenance scheme.The results show that quantitative calculation combined with qualitative analysis could get the optimal scheme of expressway maintenance ,and reflect the economic benefit of expressway maintenance.
