摘要
将预应力混凝土梁置于质量分数分别为3.0%,5.0%,10.0%的硫酸钠溶液中腐蚀60d后进行静力受弯试验,对腐蚀后混凝土抗压强度、动弹性模量、构件开裂承载力、构件极限承载力的变化进行研究.结果表明,经60d腐蚀后,混凝土抗压强度、动弹性模量增加,抗压强度变化率在硫酸钠溶液质量分数为5%时最低,3%时次之,10%时最大;构件的开裂承载力随溶液质量分数增大而提高;极限承载力-溶液质量分数变化趋势与混凝土抗压强度-腐蚀溶液质量分数基本一致.
Flexural experiments for prestressed concrete beams which have been corroded for 60 days in three kinds of sodium sulfate solutions (mass fraction 3.0%, 5.0% and 10.0% respectively) are made. The behaviors of concrete compressive strength, dynamic elastic modulus, cracking load and ultimate load are analyzed. The results show that concrete compressive strength and dynamic elastic modulus increase after corrosion, and compressive strength rate is changed with the concentration of sodium sulfate solutions (small at 5%, big at 10%); cracking load increases with the increase of concentration, the trends of the curve of ultimate load-concentration is similar to the curve of con- crete strength-concentration.
