摘要 以A乳液为主要成膜物,辅以相关助剂、水等制得液料;以水泥为次要成膜物,CC-800重质碳酸钙、400目石英粉为填料,混合均匀制得粉料;将粉料与液料混合均匀,制得有机-无机复合防水涂料。讨论了液料和粉料的不同配比,以及粉料中的水泥含量对涂膜力学性能与吸水率的影响。 An emulsion was used as a film former, then auxiliaries and water were added to get a liquid part; CC-800 heavy calcium carbonate, silica flour and cement were uniformly mixed to get a solid part; the liquid part and the solid part were mixed uniformity to get a organic-inorganic composite waterproof coatings. The influences of liquid/solid ratios and cement content on the mechanical properties and water absorption of waterproof coatings were discussed.
