摘要
具有“核壳”结构的材料的抗温能力比链状的高分子量聚合物有很大程度的提高.采用微乳液聚合的方法,用苯乙烯、丙烯腈、丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、硅烷偶联剂和自制表面活化剂,合成出了粒径在300~800 nm之间可调的具有“核壳”结构的纳米处理剂.对粒径为375 nm的纳米材料进行了表征和应用性能评价.实验结果表明,该纳米处理剂的形状为球形,粒径比较均一,在375 nm左右,“核”部分的尺寸约在240~250 nm之间;其合适加量为0.5%~1.0%,可使基浆滤失量降低60%,页岩膨胀率降低70%,极压润滑系数降低75%以上,耐温达220℃,对钻井液流变性几乎无影响,与其他处理剂配伍性好.因此,该剂是一种兼具良好抑制性和润滑性的抗高温降滤失剂,实现了一剂多功能的效果,可以满足日益复杂的钻井需要.
Nano material has recently been widely used in drilling industry to solve difficulties encountered. A nano material, PNP, having a size of 375 nm, was developed through micro emulsion polymerization. PNP, when used in drilling fluid, shows no fluorescence, and can reduce filtration rate by 60%. Shale expansion can be reduced by 70%. Coefficient of friction under extreme pressure was reduced by more than 75%. PNP remains stable at temperatures to 220 ℃, and has no remarkable negative effect on the rheology of drilling fluid. As a multi-functioning additive, PNP satisfies the needs for drilling under complex conditions.
