一种适用于聚磺钻井液废液的高效脱色剂 被引量:1

摘要 用丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)作单体合成了适用于聚磺钻井液废液的脱色剂PAD。利用配制的聚磺钻井液废液,对脱色剂PAD的脱色性能进行了评价,并通过红外扫描和聚磺钻井液废液色度来源的分析,对脱色剂的脱色机理进行了研究。评价结果表明,当脱色剂的加量为0.35 g/L、废水p H值为4、搅拌速度为30 r/min、搅拌时间为2 min时,具有最佳的脱色效果,出水色度控制在10倍以内,且能将COD去除率保持在93.8%。通过与其它脱色剂进行实验对比发现,PAD不但脱色率高,且剩余絮体体积不到其它脱色剂的1/2,同时具有很高的COD去除率,是一种针对聚磺钻井液废液的高效脱色剂。 A decolorant PAD for waste polymer sulfonate mud treatment was synthesized using acryl amide(AM) and methyl methacryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC). The PAD was evaluated on its decoloring performance. The decoloring mechanism of PAD was studied using IR scan and source color analysis of polymer sulfonate mud. It was proved that optimum decoloring performance was achieved at 0.35 g/L PAD, p H of waste fluid of 4, agitation speed of 30 r/min, and agitation time of 2 min. Under these conditions, the colourity of water effluent was controlled to less than on tenth of that of the original fluid, and COD was reduced to 93.8%. Comparison of PAD with other decolorants showed that PAD had higher decoloring rate, less residue flocs which is less than 1/2 of other decolorants, and high COD removal capacity. PAD is an ideal, highly efficient decolorant for waste polymer sulfonate mud treatment.
