Against the background of low-carbon economy in the world, paperless office procedure has become a new way for human beings in the new period. For teachers, paperless office procedure means changing classical teaching plans into digital ones. PE teaching plans require that both pictures and texts are excellent, especially for aerobics gymnastics teaching plans. It is a visual way for teaching plans to have abundant graphs. Some examples which use the software of Pose Studio in athletics painting are introduced in this study. The purpose is to make more and more teachers use advanced software in athletics painting. And athletics painting in digital version teaching plan will become brief and beautiful.
