摘要
泥浆泵搅拌站广泛应用于非开挖铺管施工作业,作者针对该设备底架大梁容易变形的特点,对该设备底架大梁进行结构分析和优化,利用三维软件SolidWorks的建模功能建立底架大梁模型,运用AnsysWorkbench的有限元功能对底架大梁进行受力和位移以及模态分析,并在此基础上完成底架大梁的结构优化设计。
The mud mixing station is widely applied in the trenchless pipe laying construction work.Ac-cording to the deforming characteristics of the its undercarriage,the authors analyzed and optimized the structure of undercarriage,established the model of such undercarriage by SolidWorks of 3D software modeling function,then analyzed the stress,displacement situation and modal of each part by AnsysWork-bench finite element function,and on this basis,finally optimized the structure of the undercarriage.
