大斜孔钻探技术在千枚岩地层的应用

The Application of Large Oblique-Hole Drilling Technology in the Phyllite Stratum

大斜孔勘探施工是今后发展的一个方向,它不仅能达到直孔钻探的地质目的,而且还能深入到过去直孔无法勘探的矿床禁区,能获得显著经济效益。本文分析了在千枚岩地层进行大斜孔绳索取心钻探施工的难点,以及所采取的应对措施,并分别从施工方案、钻探机具、施工工艺、钻进参数和冲洗液的选择等几个方面进行了论述。

Large oblique-hole drilling technology is one of future development trends.It not only solves the geological obj ective that straight hole drilling can’t be achieved,but also drilled into the mineral deposits that the straight hole can’t reached in past,and can obtain remarkable economic benefit.This paper analy-zes the difficulties of large oblique-hole wire-line coring drilling in the phyllite stratum,the measures taken,and discusses the construction scheme,construction technology,drilling tools,drilling parameters as well as the selection of washing liquid.
