绞吸挖泥船绞刀头岩石切削动载荷数值仿真 被引量:4

摘要 通过绞吸挖泥船绞刀头刀齿运动轨迹分析,建立了绞吸挖泥船单刀齿和多刀齿的空间表达模型。基于绞刀头刀齿切削参数和切削力合成方法以及有效作业刀齿求解方法,对绞刀头工作过程中的切削力和切削力矩进行了数值仿真。利用Matlab编制了计算求解程序,探讨不同绞刀头倾斜角度和横移速度对切削力和切削力矩的影响,得到了对应切削力和切削力矩的最大值变化曲线,总结了其变化规律。 Though the analysis of the cutter motion in cutter suction dredger, we set up the 3D expression model of single cutter and multiple cutters for the process of rock cutting. Based on the cutting parameters, the synthesis method of cutting force and the solution of effective cutters, we studied the working cutting force and moment by numerical simulation, analyzed the effects of cutter head tilt angle and transverse speed with the solving program complied using Matlab, obtained the maximum variation curves of cutting force and moment, and summarized their change rules.
