摘要
以黑龙江省庆安县为例,分析镇村居民点现状,阐述镇村居民点空间布局存在的问题,提出相应的解决对策,其中撤并村屯、增加重点镇和中心村的人口集聚力是粮食主产区县域居民点布局调整的重点。
Taking Qing＇an County of Heilongjiang Province as an example, the status in towns and villages settlements is analyzed. The existing problems in spatial layout of towns and villages are elaborated, and several corresponding countermeasures are put forward, of which the merging villages, increasing population gathering force of the key towns and the center villages are the focuses of the county region settlements layout and adjustment in main grain production area.
