无刷直流电机系统工作效率研究

摘要 为研究提高无刷直流电机系统工作效率的方法,以无刷直流电机及其控制器作为驱动组件,采用电磁制动器作为可调负载构建一个电机效率测试实验平台,并在此基础上研究无刷直流电机系统的转速、负载大小对其工作效率的影响。结果表明:转速不变时,随着负载的增加,系统效率表现为增加的趋势。负载转矩不变时,随着转速的提高,效率也会随之升高。低负载低速时,效率较低。因此,研究低速轻载条件下提高无刷直流电机系统工作效率的控制方法对节能是很有必要的。 In order to research the methods to increase the efficiency of motor system, the experimental rig has been designed for motor efficiency test. The equippment includes driving sub-unit and adjustable load. The driving sub-unit consists of brushless direct current (BLDC) motor and controller. The magnetic brake is adopted as a adjustable load. Based on the experimental rig, the motor system efficiency affected by the rotation rate and the load is researched. The results indicate that the system efficiency has an upward tendency with increase of load when the rotation rate is constant and with increase of rotation rate when the load torque is constant. But the system efficiency is poor if the system works as lower rotation rate or load torque. Therefore, it is necessary for energy saving to increase the efficiency of motor system.
