基于土地利用规划导向的皖江城市带产业集聚水平研究

Research on Land Use Planning Based on the Industrial Agglomeration Degree: A Case Study of the City Cluster along Anhui-Yangtse River

本文以皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区内各市为研究对象,基于区位熵方法,测度各市的产业集聚水平,识别优势产业,发现各市产业集聚水平和优势产业差异明显,结构鲜明的产业体系正在形成之中;提出应当从区域产业的角度出发,以创新的理念指导土地利用规划的编制工作,建立一种有机的、可持续发展的、产业结构和土地利用结构相耦合的城市结构。

This paper takes the city cluster along Anhui-Yangtse river as the research object, which is designated as an industrial lransfer demonstration area. Depending on location entropy method, the industrial agglomeration degree in the cities are measured to identify the advantage industries. As a result, these cities are found to have an obvious differences in industrial agglomeration degree and advantage industries and are currently forming the industrial systems with distinctive structures; it is proposed that the construction of a land use planning be guided by a concept of innovation, fl-om the standpoinl of regional industry layout, to set up a urban structure with a coupling between organic and sustainable industrial structures and land use structures.
