中国航空运输市场发展强劲,已跻身全球第二,国内客运业务市场竞争日益激烈。中国各大航空公司如何在激烈的市场竞争中制定适合自身特色的发展战略,开辟新市场新航线是其需要深入思考的重要问题。选取成熟的中国-北美航线市场为例,结合具体数据利用SPSS软件进行聚类分析,选取适当的指标进行量化分析,将中国-北美航线进行市场细分得出三类航线,分别阐述了其特征要素。进一步结合实际情况,对我国现有市场情况进行分析,并给与航空公司以建议,帮助其更好地进行市场定位。
China's air transport market is developing quickly, and has become the world's second largest markrt,the competition of domestic passenger service market is becoming increasingly fierce. China Airlines how to formulate the development strategy suitable for themselves in the fierce market competition, open up new routes are the important problems need to be deeply thinking. This paper chooses mature China - North America market as an example, combined with the specific data clustering analysis by using SPSS software, select the appropriate indicators for quantitative analysis, the China - North America market segmentation and the clustering analysis results. And further combining with the actual situation in China, the current market situation analysis, and gives the airlines advices, help them doing better market positioning.
