“Three Principles”Promote the Development of Beijing Miyun Urban Modern Agriculture

依托北京建设"人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京"与和谐宜居之都的发展要求,密云农业推进都市型现代农业建设,打造"绿色国际休闲之都",通过发展特色主导产业、完善经营主体形式、推进重点工程建设等手段实现农业规模化,发展休闲文化型、产业带动型两种模式实现农业园区化建设,依靠产品认证、基地建设及信息化管理等方式实现农业标准化生产,进而提出"三化"的发展策略。

We promoted the construction of Beijing Miyun urban modern agriculture, and build ＂Environment-friendly, International, and Leisure City＂ that relying on the demand of establishing＂Culture-enriched Beijing, Technology-empowered Beijing, and Environment-friendly Beijing＂ and a harmonious and livable city of Beijing. we used some means in order to realize agricultural scale, such as developed the characteristics of leading industries, perfected the organization of such managements, and promoted the major construction projects, etc. And then we aimed to realize the construction of agricultural clustering by developing two models of agriculture with leisure culture type and leading industry type. And some ways that including product certification,base construction,and information management were used to realize agricultural standardization. Finally, the main strategy for further development was put forward.
