摘要
本文通过抽样问卷调查的方式,分别从政府外部激励和企业内部激励两个方面,摸清了南京市高新技术企业专业技术人员的激励情况,分析了存在的主要问题和原因。在此基础上,提出了进一步完善南京市高新技术企业专业技术人员激励体系的对策和建议。
Throughout the sample survey this paper acquire the information of the Incentive Mechanism of High-Tech Enterprise professionals in Nanjing according to the two approaches which are the enteral factor of government and internal factor of enterprise, and analyses the existing main problems and issue. Furthermore it presents the counterplan and suggestion to improve the Incentive Mechanism for High-Tech Enterprise professionals in Nanjing in the next step.
