基于核电子学实验教学用的模数变换电路研制

摘要 介绍了一种基于核电子学实验教学用的模数变换电路的研制。在设计中,以单极型、16位、采样率为500k Hz,微功耗采样模数转换器ADS8322为核心,将采样保持电路输出的模拟信号转换为数字信号,通过发光二极管显示变换出的结果,在核物理实验教学过程中便于学生观察模数转换结果。在PCB板设计时在板正面绘制出了电路原理图,理解电路原理及构成。该电路也可以配合逻辑控制模块以及PC软件组成多道分析系统测量射线能谱。 A kind of analog to digital conversion circuitry which was developed for Nuclear and Particle Experiment of Underrated Student in university was introduced. In the design,unipolar,16 bits,500 k SPS,Micro Power Sampling ADS8322 was used for the core. The output that was from the sample and hold circuit was displayed by the light-emitting diode through the analog into digital. It would help students to observe the process of teaching analog-digital conversion results. In the front of PCB,a circuit diagram was been drawn to facilitate students to understand circuit schematics and composition in nuclear physics experiments. The circuit also can consist of multi-channel analysis system with PC software logic control module to store ray spectroscopy.
