摘要
在第二语言学习中,目的语隐喻的识解过程受到学习者文化背景知识和认知方式的影响制约。本文的实验调查发现,学习者对目的语隐喻的认知加工方式有五种:概念迁移、联想、利用语境、字面理解及感知觉多渠道信息的匹配。建立在调研基础上的二语隐喻跨文化理解模式将认知加工方式和文化背景信息融为一体,以期对克服母语文化迁移障碍、推动学习者认知结构的拓展及深化目的语隐喻的理解有所助益。
The process of comprehending metaphor of target language cannot avoid being influenced by L2 learners’ cultural background and cognitive styles. The results of this paper show that there are five meta-phorical information processing modes which are employed by learners, including concept transfer, associa-tion, taking advantage of context, literal interpretation, and the matching of information obtained from various perceptive channels. On the basis of the study, the cross-cultural metaphor comprehension model which in-tegrates cognitive styles with cultural background information is set up and applied to L2 learning context, with the purpose to remove comprehension obstacles set up by mother culture transfer, to expand learners’ cogni-tive structure, and to help deepen the understanding of metaphors of target language.
