吕梁市离石区中小学校卫生监督监测结果分析

摘要 目的掌握中小学校卫生现状,保障中小学校学生学习和生活环境卫生,进一步促进学校卫生工作的顺利开展。方法对我区中小学校的教学建筑、设备、教学环境、学生饮食、饮水以及公共场所传染病管理等多项卫生指标进行监督监测,并根据相关卫生法规及标准进行评价。结果 2013年共监督监测辖区内中小学校73所,合格学校50所,合格率为68.49%,城区学校的合格率为85.71%(24/28),镇区学校的合格率为57.78%(26/45);中学的合格率为73.68%(14/19),小学的合格率为66.67%(36/54)。结论我区中小学校教学环境卫生有待提高,卫生行政部门应加强对各学校相关卫生法规的宣传力度,以引起教育部门及学校领导对卫生工作的足够重视,加大基础设施建设投入,逐步改善办学条件,达到相关要求标准,以提高我区中小学校的整体卫生水平。 ObjectiveTo the exact grasp health status in the development zone,safeguard learning and living environment health of students in Small and medium-sized school,to further promote about the school health work smoothly.MethodsSupervise monitoring about teaching building、facility、teaching environment、the students diet、drinking water and infectious disease management in public places,such as a number of health indicators,and according to the relevant health regulations and standards to evaluate.ResultsIn 2013,a total of supervision and monitoring of jurisdiction among primary school by 73,50 qualified schools,percent of pass is 68.49%,urban area percent of pass is 85.71%(24/28)of the school,qualified rate have significant difference;The percent of pass is 73.68%(14/19)of middle school,primary percent of pass is 66.67%(36/54).ConclusionLishi district in middle and primary school teaching environment health needs to be improved,health administrative departments should strengthen the propaganda of the health related laws and regulations of each school,to attract the education department and the school leader to health work,Increase investment in infrastructure,gradually improve operating conditions,to fulfill the requirements of relevant standards,In order to improve the health level of primary and middle schools in our district.
