浅谈县级医院年轻护士慎独精神的培养

Analysis of the spirit-cultivation of self-restraining in privacy among junior nurses in primary hospital

目的探讨造成县级医院年轻护士慎独精神差的原因,及其对护理工作的影响,提出相应的改进措施。方法加强职业道德修养,调动工作积极性,激发职业热情,安全教育,强化考核监督以及发挥高年资护士的传、帮、带作用。结果近3年来护理服务满意度不断提升,参加在职教育的人次日益增多,护理质量持续提高。结论慎独精神对护理质量、患者满意度以及护士自身素质的提高都有举足轻重的作用,应给予关注并实施针对性措施。

Objective To investigate the cause of poor self-restraining in privacy among junior nurses and its impact on nursing quality,along with corresponding interventions in a county hospital.Methods Intervention measures included strengthening moral cultivation,motivating work enthusiasm,inspiring profession devotion,improving safety education and supervision,and developing mentoring function by senior nurses.Results Nursing care quality improved gradually characterizing as augment of both patient satisfaction and nurse diathesis.Conclusion Self-restraining in privacy plays an important role in improving nursing care quality,patient satisfaction and nurse diathesis.
