摘要
以酰基化反应制备的氨基化石墨烯纳米复合物为填料,通过原位聚合反应制备氨基化石墨烯/聚酰亚胺(Amine-Graphene/Polyimide(A-Gr/PI))复合膜.利用红外光谱分析和场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对其组成和形貌结构进行表征,利用热失重分析法对其热稳定性进行分析研究.与氨基化氧化石墨烯/聚酰亚胺相比,在聚酰亚胺中掺杂少量的A-Gr(w(A-Gr)=10%)后,复合物的堆叠致密度明显提高,该复合材料的导电能力可以通过控制PI基底中填料的含量加以调控.
Amino-graphene/polyimide (A-Gr/PI) composite films is fabricated with situ polymerization reaction, when amino-graphene (A-Gr) nanocomposite prepared with imido-functionalization is taken as filler. Using the infrared spectrum analysis and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), its composition and morphological structure is characterized. And using thermo-weightless analysis, its ther- mal stability is analyzed and investigated. Compared with the amino-graphene oxide/polyimide (A-GO/ PI), a little inclusion of A-Gr(w(A-Gr)= 10 %) into PI matrix can remarkably improve the stacked com- pactibility of this film. And the electroconductivity of this film can be regulated by the amount of fillers in PI matrix.
