摘要
以芳烃和碘为起始原料,过硫酸钾为氧化剂,制得二乙酰氧基碘代芳烃,与对甲基苯磺酸反应得到Koser’S试剂,在六氟异丙醇中直接与芳烃反应制得对甲基苯磺酸二芳基碘盐.建立一种简便的二芳基碘盐的制备方法.该方法反应条件温和,每一步产物分离纯化无需柱层析,二芳基碘盐的收率可达69%~94%.
The diaryliodonium(m 〉 tosylates were prepared through direct reaction of [hydroxy(tosyloxy) iodo]arenes with a variety of arenes in 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafiuoroisopropanol media, where the (hydroxyto- syloxyiodo)arenes and Koser's reagent were initially prepared by p-toluenesulfonic acid and (diacetoxyio- do) arenes. The necessary (diacetoxyiodo)arenes were also initially synthetized with iodine and arenes as starting raw materials and potassium peroxydisulfate as oxidant. A simple process for the production of di- aryliodonium salt was established, where had mild reaction conditions. The products in every step were separated and purified without column chromatography. The yield of diaryliodonium salts in the final step were 69%~94%.
