摘要
综合考虑役龄回退因子和改善因子的混合式故障率,针对单部件的可修系统,以系统每次维护费用最小为目标函数,引入可靠度与运行时间约束条件,建立弹性周期预防维护模型,运用matlab软件求解得到最优弹性周期.通过算例验证说明该模型的正确性与可行性.
Aimed at a repairable system with single component and taking the minimum cost of single ma- intenance as objective function and the reliability and running time as constraints, a preventive mainte- nance model with flexible cycle is built up, where the hybrid failure rate composed of age reduction factor and improvement factor is taken into consideration. The optimal flexible cycle is obtained by using the software Matlab. Finally, it is shown by a verification example that this model is valid and feasible.
