基于工作过程的《涉外商务接待》课程开发

摘要 以工作过程为导向的《涉外商务接待》课程开发是以涉外文秘、外贸业务员、商务翻译等岗位的常规性工作过程为线索,将工作过程转化为:涉外商务客户接待、涉外商务会议接待、涉外商务会展接待、临时访客接待四个学习情境模块,每个情境都有完整的工作流程并引入全真的企业案例,学生通过"做中学、学中做"方式体验职业角色,按照明确任务、制定计划、做出决策、实施、控制和评价反馈等六个步骤完成学习任务。在教学实施环节中,充分利用校内外实训基地以及网络等广泛教学资源,关注学生的团队协作能力、国际商务礼仪和职业道德素养等方面的培养,促进学生职业能力的全面发展。 The curriculum development of Foreign Business Reception course is based on the routine working process of the posts of foreign secretary, foreign trade clerk and business translator. The working process can be transformed into four learning context modes-- Reception for Foreign Business Clients, Reception for Business Meeting, Reception for International Trade Fair and Recep- tion for Unexpected Customers, which are designed with complete workflows and real cases from enterprises. Students are encour- aged to experience the professional roles in the way of learning by doing and doing by learning. They try to achieve the learning goals by six steps of allocation assignment, making plans, making the determination, putting into practice, controlling and evalua- tion. In curriculum implementation, teaching resources of practical training bases on and off campus and the internet are fully made use of. The focus is put on cultivating students' competency in teamwork, international business etiquette and professional ethic to promote comprehensive development of their professional abilities.
