摘要 针对螺杆泵性能和特性的理解、认识及合理应用,首先应从掌握螺杆泵的基本原理入手。根据单螺杆单头螺杆泵定、转子啮合过程,推导了单螺杆单头螺杆泵转子曲线方程、定子曲线方程。而转子螺旋型面是横截面均为半径为R的圆,定子内腔型线由多段型线构成封闭连续接触线并与转子型线形成密封单元。 Have a clear understanding of screw pump's characteristics and properties, it's necessary to know the basic mechanism of screw pump. According to the stator, rotator meshing process, the curve equations of rotator, stator of single helix single screw-pump is calculated. The cross section of helical shape of rotator is a circle with radius R, the profile of stator cavity is composed of multiple closed and successive shape, and forming a sealed part with rotator.
