摘要
如何培养高素质的数控人才是高校教育工作者不得不面对的重要问题。实践教学环节在数控人才培养中起着重很重要作用。构建了一个由"认识实习、金工实习、课程实验、数控技能培训、数控竞赛、数控加工工艺分析与数控加工编程课程设计、生产实习、创新实践、毕业设计"等九个环节组成的数控技术与应用实践教学体系,探索了高素质数控人才培养中实践环节的一个有效途径,在教学应用中收到良好的效果。
The practice teaching plays an important role in training the ability of students majoring in numerical control technology, and thus becomes an significant issue for the educators in mechanical engineering to consider. This paper develops a systematic practice teaching method that consists of nine parts including cognition practice, metalworking practice, course experiment, NC skill training, NC skills competition, NC machining process analysis and NC programming course design, production practice, innovation practice, graduation practice. Based on such a framework, an effective approach is explored to train the talents of NC with higher professional ability by practice teaching. The results of teaching illustrated the validity of the proposed method.
