Research on the innovation of practical teaching system for economic management specialties at local college

在高等教育大众化背景下,地方高校经管类专业的可持续发展,要通过实践教学体系的创新带动人才培养模式的创新。一方面,现有的实践教学资源要进行整合,进而实现多专业共享。另一方面,要围绕企业的经营管理活动,构建跨专业仿真实训平台,实现跨专业、跨学科实践教学资源共享。最后,通过创业训练中心的建立,为学生创新创业能力的提升创造条件。

Under the background of popularization of higher education, for the sustainable development of economic management specialties at local college, the talents training mode should be innovated through the innovation on experiment teaching system. On the one hand, the current experiment teaching resource should be integrated for the purpose of multi-specialty sharing. On the other hand, in order to realize the sharing of interdisciplinary experiment teaching resource, the interdisciplinary simulation training platform should be constructed around the operating management activities in corporations. In the end, the entrepreneurship training center should be established for the purpose of create good environment for the improvement of innovative and entrepreneurial ability.
