脑静脉窦血栓形成致多发性脑出血(附1例报道及文献复习)

Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis induced multiple cerebral Hemorrhage:one case report and literature review

目的探讨脑静脉窦血栓形成的有效介入再通手段。方法对我院收治的一例合并多发性脑出血的脑静脉窦血栓形成患者进行球囊扩张+血管内介入治疗。结果给予球囊扩张+静脉窦血栓介入再通术术后第2d开始患者临床症状逐渐缓解,至术后3周查体基本恢复正常,出院后随访6mon,恢复正常工作、生活,未再复发。结论CVST在治疗方法的选择上应充分考虑到发病的时间等因素,尽量选择具有良好前景的个体化血管内治疗方法(私人订制),以求最佳疗效。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of endovascular treatment for one patient with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. Methods The patient in our hospital with intracranial venous thrombosis confirmed by CT, MRI was treatment by balloon re expansion and endovascular treatment. Results The day after treatment the patient have improvement in symptom. And the neural functions recovered after 3 postoperative weeks. Followed-up for 6 month, the patient returned to normal without disease. Conclusion During treatment of CSTV, first we should consider the time of illness, and then customize different but good endovascular treatment method for different patient to get a best cure method for the patient.
