健康授权理论在颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者护理中的应用

The application of the empowerment theory in the nursing of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis

目的评估健康授权理论在静脉窦血栓形成患者护理中的应用效果。方法采用现况调查、深度访谈的方法收集资料;采用健康授权教育的方式对符合条件的患者进行健康教育,评估干预前后患者自我效能感、生活自理能力、抑郁情绪的变化。结果健康授权理论为指导的健康教育可以提高病患的自我效能感、心理健康状况,可以提高病患照顾者的照护能力及信心。结论可以进一步细化健康授权理论在静脉窦血栓形成患者中的具体应用方法,为专科疾病的护理及患者身心康复提供有力保证。

Objective To assess the effects of empowerment theory in the nursing of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis（CVST）. Methods cross-sectional investigation and in depth interview were used in collecting data. Empowerment guided patients＇ education was applied. Self-efficacy, Ability of Daily Life（ADL）, depression were chosen as the evaluation index. Results Empowerment guided patients＇ education can enhance the patients＇ self efficacy and psychological status. Conclusion Empowerment regulated patients＇ education is a good way to benefit the physical and psychological health of the CVST patients. And we should further explore the better methods of system to carry out the Empowerment guided patients＇ education.
