摘要
采用美国农业部提出的SCS水文模型计算产流、二维非恒定流公式计算汇流、概化排水管网计算排水,构建了城市洪涝灾害积水模型。以蚌埠市为例,通过分析2006年与2014年的土壤及下垫面资料,确定产流关键参数,计算20年重现期降雨条件下的城市积水情况,对比分析了下垫面变化对内涝灾害的影响。
The urban flood simulation model was constructed using SCS runoff method, 2-D unsteady flow routing method and simplified pipeline calculation. To demonstrate its applicability, a model of Bengbu city was established, through the analysis of soil and land cover data of Bengbu in 2006 and 2014, the key parameters of runoff were determined. Focusing on land use and land cover change, the pluvial flood disaster influenced by urbanization was studied.
