对高校离退休干部管理和服务工作的转型思考

高校离退休干部为国家的人才培养、教育科研事业,特别是所在院校的建设和发展作出了重大贡献,也是维护高校和谐稳定、持续发展的一支重要力量。本文从剖析高校离退休干部工作的重要意义入手,着重分析高校离退休干部群体的特点,在人口老年化社会的背景下探索高校离退休工作的新思路和新方法。

The retired cadres in universities and colleges have made great contribution to the country＇ s talents training, education and scientific research, especially to the construction and development of their own u- niversities or colleges. They are also an important part in the maintenance of the harmonious and continuous de- velopment of the universities or colleges. This paper, starting from the significance of the work of the retired ca- dres in universities and colleges, analyzes the characteristics of the group of retired cadres in universities and col- leges, and explores some new thoughts and methods of the work under the background of aging society.
