硝基呋喃类在水产品及其养殖环境中的消解规律研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 药物残留已成为影响中国水产品质量安全的重要因素。近年来的监测结果发现,禁用药物尤其是硝基呋喃的残留在某些品种上有明显上升的趋势。本文通过分析硝基呋喃在鳜、乌鳢、大菱鲆、海参和河蟹中的使用现状,概述了硝基呋喃在水产养殖动物体内和环境中的残留规律,分析了药物残留的特点和原因,提出了监管建议,以期为水产品质量安全监控和研究提供依据。[中国渔业质量与标准,2014,4(6):16-21] Drug residues have become an important factor affecting the safety of aquatic products. In recent years, the monitoring results showed that prohibited drug residues, especially nitrofurans, have a clear upward trend in some cul- ture species. Through the analysis of the use situation of nitrofurans in mandarin fish, snakehead, turbot, sea cucum- ber and mitten crab, this paper provided an overview of the law of the nitrofurans residues in aquaculture animals and the environment, analyzed the characteristics and causes of drug residues, and proposed suggestions for regulation in order to provide a reference for the supervision and research of the safety of aquatic products quality.
